One Hot Santa!

We had our ward Christmas Party last night and it really was the funniest holiday party! They had GREAT food, fun games for the kids and the decorations were wonderful. The best part of the party was that Father Christmas popped in for a visit. Santa has never made my heart pitter patter until last night. There was just something about him!

Millie didn't like Santa as much as I did.

I really liked the table center piece. It's hard to tell from the picture, but it was really cool.

HoHoHo, Merry Christmas

Santa brought Millie a book about the Nativity. Sadly we left it at the church and it was nowhere to be found today. At least we read it last night.

We forgot the book because we were trying not to miss our bus. While we were waiting for the bus it started to rain and Millie was practicing her umbrella turns.

Brady just took this picture of Millie before he left to study for his finals tomorrow. Millie loves her backyardagians! Her favorite thing to do is line them up in the window and sing them songs. She's my little princess. On a side note the cute dress she is wearing is the same dress she wore for her Alice costume.

Those are some great pics of Millie..I love the umbrella shot! Was Millie afraid of Santa? Did she know it was Brady? haha Looks like you had a nice time!

Those pictures are great. They bring back so many memories. When we were there we were in charge of the Christmas party (but were nowhere near as good with all the decorations) and had that costume at our house. We have a very similar picture of Grant in it. So fun! Gotta love "Father Christmas!"

so fun! Brady makes a good Father Christmas. Last year we looked and looked for a santa outfit for Jer so he could be santa for our christmas party but never found one for the right price. Glad you guys are doing so well!

One year my dad was Santa and my mom said that I kept looking at him really funny like I wasn't buying it. We have a picture of me sitting on this lap and I don't look quite sold on the whole bit.

Hilarious that Millie is totally not into Santa- if only she knew!

Wow our Christmas party wan't nearly that fun!! I live in the wrong Ward, in the wrong country for that matter. Did you sing "Santa Baby" to Father Christmas? I knew Brady was really Santa... Now here's is my list
1. new carpet
2. new flooring
3. Granite counter tops
4. Ok you get the picture, I wouldn't mind a tidy little remodel, nothing outrageous mind you, but since my son inlaw IS Santa you would think a could get a few perks?
Quit blogging pictures of Millie that rip my heart out, she is so cute I can hardly stand it! Tell her grandma can't wait to meet the yardians.

I really like moms yardiands! You should tell her they are backyardigans. I guess for her she is not to far off so I won't harrass her to much.

nice santa! the christmas season is so fun.
*on a side note* my dad does some business deals with your father-in-law, and came home the other day and asked me about you. i told him what little i knew (where you lived, school, cute little girl) and asked why? he said that your father-in-law was talking about all his daughter/son-in-laws and how blessed he has been with such great family!
just thought you might like to hear that!

The Santa thing is a little freaky for me. JJ was Santa for another ward out here, but we kept him away from our kids. He tried to put me on his nice list, but that just wasn't happenin' for this Santa. I do not want to know if Santa gave Amanda anything! I'm surprized Millie couldn't tell.
