Happy Turkey Day

1st of all, Happy 3 months to Austin! Hey is such a sweet boy. Well, he's actually a bit fussy but the kid does have 2 hernias and a 40% chance of having a 3rd. He is scheduled for surgery on Monday and we are hoping that he will be able to settle down a bit after. Our little man just seems like he is so uncomfortable all the time. I should post a picture of his belly button; it's astounding how far it sticks out.
At 3 months I haven't heard him talk too much (and by talk I mean make cute baby noises), but both my mom and sister say he talks his head off to them. The 1st time I saw him smile for real was on Nov 20. The 1st time I head him goo was Nov 21. He only does it ever now and then, but I can see in his blue, slate eyes that he is trying his hardest to get them out. Austin is constantly fidgeting when he's awake, I'm afraid he is going to be a busy bee once he starts getting around. He still keeps me up a bit at night. He just isn't a very sound sleeper so even if he is asleep he keeps me awake.
We are LOVING our little man and couldn't be prouder of Millie. She is doing great with him. Millie is taking dance again this year and she's doing great. We just had parent's week and it was so fun to watch her. Her teacher says she is extra good at her ballet positions.

Here's a couple shots of our guy at 3 months old...

HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Brady is in Europe on a road trip with his Big Brother Bryan and friends from school so we missed him this year at Thanksgiving, but I am so proud of him! He has his official graduation ceremony from Oxford today. Wish I could be there, but I'm sure there will be plenty of pictures to come. Millie, Austin, and I spent Thanks giving at my parents house. It was a smaller crowd then we're use to and very laid back. Our turkey was PERFECT! Really., the best one I've ever had. My mom puts on a great party, we're lucky to have her.

Got to go, Austin's screaming....

Good luck to the little guy with his surgery! He'll be in our prayers.

Congrats to Brady on his graduation ceremony! I'm sure it was a memorable experience, with one last "official" chance to wear the subfusc.

Happy Thanksgiving! Love the new pictures!

Oh my, Amanda, Austin is SO adorable! Jack had the same type of issues his first two months - seemed uncomfortable unless he was sleeping or eating. He's gotten much better, so hopefully your little guy will soon. Give both of those lovely kids of yours a big hug from me. xoxo
